Product Description

3D geomat is a kind of 3D network structure made of high molecular synthetic material. It is applied to plant and fix soil with loose texture and leaves 90% space to fill earth, sand and stones. Plant roots can go across it, and grow comfortably. Turf after growing can let mat, grass and earth be combined together firmly. Plant roots can deep 30-50cm under the land surface, so it forms a layer of solid green composite protecting layer.

It prevents the slope rock from falling down, which avoids the hurt to the human beings and the vehicle on the road, It prevents the road dregs packed by geonet from being washed away, avoids the roadbed distortion and improves the stability of the roadbed,  laying the geonet reinforces the road surface, avoids development of the reflection crack. As reinforcing material of filling soil in retaining walls, it disperses the earth body stress and restricts the side-displacement. The stone cage, made of geonet, can prevent erosion, collapsing and lost of water and soil when being used in dyke and rock slope protetion.

Application

HDPE Geomat Application

1.Before the greensward grows, it prevents the surface of the land from the erosion of the wind and rain.

2.Form compound protection layer with the plant , standing the wash-out of the high water level and large speed current.

3.Replace the concrete, asphalt, and block, using in the slope surface protection of roadway, railway, river-way, dyke, and the hillside, etc.

4.The mat can absorb thermal energy abundantly, increase ground wet, promote seed sprout, and prolong growth term of plants

5. Protect the surface of the soil from wind and rain before the turf is grown.
6.After the grass seeds are sprinkled, the grass seeds can be firmly kept evenly distributed on the slopes, free from wind and rain.
7. Black geomat can absorb a lot of heat, increase ground moisture, promote seed germination, and prolong the plant growth period.
8.Due to the rough surface, wind and water flow generate numerous eddy currents on the surface of the mesh mat, thus generating energy dissipation,  which cause the carrier to deposit in the mesh mat.
9.The composite protective layer formed after the plants grow up can withstand high water level and large flow rate erosion.
